How to use
- Drop a PDF onto the box or click to choose one. If it is password-protected, enter the password.
- Use the buttons under each page thumbnail:
- ← → move the page one step earlier or later (or drag it with a mouse)
- ↺ ↻ rotate 90° counterclockwise or clockwise
- + insert a blank page after it
- Trash delete the page
- Check the summary (pages, rotated, blank pages, deleted) and press Save organized PDF. The download starts right away.
Every control works from the keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space), and focus stays on the same button after a page moves, so you can press it repeatedly.
What happens to your pages

Thumbnails are rendered for the pages on screen first, so you can start working on a document with hundreds of pages straight away.
Example
In a 10-page report, insert a divider after the cover, rotate a sideways scan on page 7 clockwise and delete the empty last page. The result has 10 pages (10 − 1 + 1), and the summary shows rotated 1, blank pages 1, deleted 1.
Things to know
- The result is built by copying pages into a new file, so bookmarks are not carried over and form fields may stop working. The title, author and subject are kept.
- A PDF you opened with a password is saved without the password.
- For a single job, Reorder PDF Pages, Delete PDF Pages or Rotate PDF are quicker.
FAQ
Is my file uploaded?
No. Opening, thumbnails and saving all happen in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
Can I undo a deletion?
Before saving, Reset restores the original layout. Your original file is never modified, so you can always start again from it.
Can I organize several PDFs together?
Combine them first with Merge PDF, then fine-tune the order here.
