1. What you enter into tools
Toolulah tools run inside your browser. Numbers, text and files you enter are never sent to or stored on Toolulah’s servers. Some tools keep preferences (for example your world clock cities or color theme) in your browser’s local storage only; you can clear them any time in your browser settings.
1-1. Files handed to the work page
When you drop a file on the home page, it is kept briefly only in your browser’s storage (IndexedDB) so the “Open a file” page can use it. It is never sent to a server and is deleted after 24 hours, when you open another file, or when you press “Clear file”.
2. What our server receives
Only the following minimal records are stored on our server.

We do not store IP addresses or account information in these records. Please do not include personal information in tool requests.
3. Exchange rates
The currency converter downloads a rate table that Toolulah refreshes from an external provider a few times a day, then calculates in your browser. The amounts you enter are not transmitted.
4. Ads and cookies
Toolulah may show Google AdSense ads to cover running costs. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform.
5. Analytics
We may use cookieless, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to improve the service. It does not identify individual users.
